Our membership is straightforward: $299/month covers everything. There are no surprise bills, co-pays, or hidden fees. Additionally, we do not bill insurance for patient visits, ensuring a transparent and hassle-free experience.

Our practice is intentionally capped at 100 patients to ensure personalized care—significantly lower than the average primary care doctor's panel of over 3,000 patients in the U.S. At our practice, you are more than just a number. Each of our patients enjoys 24/7 access to Dr. Mirza, allowing us to build strong, personal connections and provide tailored, responsive care.

We encourage our members to maintain health insurance coverage, as it will be utilized for billing lab tests, medications, referrals, and imaging services.

Currently, our primary mode of service is telemedicine, with home visits available upon request. We are also excited to announce that an office location will be opening soon to better serve our patients.

You are free to cancel your membership at anytime. However, in order to avoid being charged for the next billing period, please cancel at least 48 hours prior to your monthly bill date.

Yes, we offer free shipping within 2–5 business days. No minimum order required! Orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped the next business day. We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. Orders received after Friday will be shipped on Monday.
