SHIPPING POLICY
We do our best to ensure your order arrives on time. However, please note that all delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Occasionally, delays may occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Free Standard Shipping: All domestic orders ship free via ground shipping (2–5 business day delivery).

Orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped the next business day. We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.

Expedited Shipping Options
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Rates are automatically calculated based on your shipping address. Please note that we ship Monday through Friday only. Expedited orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the next business day, typically Monday.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping at a flat rate of $50. Import taxes, duties, VAT etc will be the responsibility of the customer upon delivery of the item.

RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Unopened items purchased in quantities of fewer than 8 units may be returned for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase for a full refund. Purchases of 8 units or more in a single transaction are not eligible for return.
Return shipping fees are separate and at the discretion of the sender.

Incorrect Items: In the event that we inadvertently shipped you the wrong item we will gladly take the item back and either process a full refund or facilitate an exchange.
In the event that you inadvertently ordered the wrong item our standard refund policy applies.

For our subscribe and save policy:

If you wish to cancel your subscription and receive a refund, you must contact us via phone or email at least 3 business days prior to the subscription renewal date.​
Refunds will only be issued if cancellation is requested at least 3 business days in advance. If you do not notify us within this window and have already been charged, we cannot offer a refund. No exceptions will be made.
If the 3-day notice period has passed, we are happy to cancel your subscription for all future months, but a refund for the current or past charge will not be issued.
