    A group of short-chain carbohydrates, called FODMAPs (fermentable oligosaccharides, disaccharides, monosaccharides and polyols), can be problematic to some individuals.     My Doctor "prescribed" Indigo Green for me as I'm one of those people who doesn't eat green vegetables or very many of any color except potatoes and mushrooms. I checked every website I could find that carried the capsules and Mizra's site has the best price. It is easy to order and my order shipped quickly. Indigo Green actually works to balance my diet. I feel better and seem to be more alert. At the age of 80, that's saying something.... ;-)
